  • Here is some knowledge for you!!!! I cant tell you how much women tell be that they do not lift because they are afraid of getting BULKY or look like a man!! Well let me explain this to you, we cant because men have tons of TESTOSTERONE that helps them get big and our bodies do not create that much testosterone( unless your taking some stuff lol). But do not be afraid of lifting weights you will look amazing and feel great!!! :)

  • My favorite thing to do in my workouts is plyo's!!!! It is the best way to stay lean, fast, and will burn fat like crazy!! I have attached an article that explains the benefits of plyos!!! :)
